Guest scientist at PAGES

The aim of this project is to assess changes in global aridity over the last millennium to extend our understanding of long-term changes in regional hydroclimate, and evaluate how realistically future drought risk is simulated by CMIP5-PMIP3 climate models. The project will contribute to Aus2k's and the broader 2k Network's goal of better characterising hydroclimate variability over the past 1000 years.

She also gave a seminar in the Climate and Environmental Physics group at the University of Bern on Australasian and Southern Hemisphere climate variability over the past millennium.
